Last updated: 2026-05-23
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Trainingload.ai ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website and services. By creating an account, connecting third-party platforms (such as Garmin Connect, COROS, or Intervals.icu), uploading files, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Some components may be made available in public repositories under separate licenses. Third-party platform names, trademarks, and API-provided data remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms. Unless explicitly stated, no rights are granted to the hosted service, branding, or proprietary assets.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to register with the Site and maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for account security, including passwords and connected third-party authorizations. You must have the right to connect any third-party account you authorize. You can disconnect integrations at any time through product settings. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting, scraping, exporting, or redistributing Service data beyond permitted functionality, or in a way that violates user rights, provider terms, or applicable law.
- Circumventing, disabling, reverse-engineering, or otherwise interfering with security or access-control features, including API token and OAuth protections.
- Using the Service or connected provider data for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized commercial resale.
- Interfering with or overloading the Service, connected provider APIs, or related infrastructure, including abusive automation and rate-limit evasion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data completeness, or availability of third-party integrations. Training outputs are informational only and are not medical advice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party platform outages, account revocations, unauthorized account access caused by user-side security failures, or your violation of applicable law or provider terms.
6. Third-Party Platforms and APIs
The Service may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, and infrastructure providers. Their availability, policies, and terms may change at any time. You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms when connecting accounts or using imported data. If third-party access is suspended or revoked, some Service features may be unavailable.
7. Health and Training Disclaimer
Trainingload.ai provides informational analytics and workflow tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always use your own judgment and seek qualified medical or coaching advice when needed.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or Terms enforcement. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Trainingload.ai operating entity. Before formal dispute proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service, legal obligations, or risk controls. Material changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, by additional notice.
