Review your workout

Your route is converted to local coordinates before it reaches the browser. Absolute coordinates never go to the AI model.

Free AI workout review FAQ

Is my workout stored?
No. The MVP processes the file in memory and does not persist the file, evidence bundle, route, or AI result.
Which workout files can I upload?
You can upload one FIT, GPX, or TCX activity up to 25 MB. FIT usually contains the richest sensor data; GPX and TCX depend on what the exporting device or platform includes.
What if my file has no GPS, heart rate, or power?
The review continues with the data that is actually present. Without GPS there is no 3D route; without heart rate or power, the review clearly states that those conclusions are unavailable.
How are running pace and speed displayed?
Running speed is converted to minutes per kilometre, such as 5:30/km. Cycling and other speed-based activities use kilometres per hour. Raw metres per second are not shown in the review.
How accurate is the AI workout review?
It is only as complete as the uploaded activity and the optional threshold values you provide. The review cites available aggregates and derived trends, but one workout cannot establish long-term fitness or recovery.
Why might this differ from my watch or training platform?
Devices and platforms may use different smoothing, pause handling, zones, and proprietary algorithms. This tool explains the uploaded data; it does not replace the source platform's calculations.
Why is the route not on a map?
The 3D view deliberately has no basemap. It preserves route shape, elevation, and speed while removing the geographic origin.
Is the review always free?
The current version offers each visitor up to 3 complete reviews per rolling 24 hours without an account or API key, subject to fair use and the platform’s rolling shared capacity. Each used review recovers 24 hours after use.
How are my free reviews counted and restored?
Each visitor can complete up to 3 free reviews in any rolling 24-hour period; there is no calendar-day or midnight reset. Each successful review is restored separately 24 hours after it finishes. A failed generation does not use one of your successful-review allowances.
What is the shared free capacity?
All anonymous visitors share a rolling free-capacity pool to keep this tool sustainable. Capacity used by each successful review returns 24 hours later, so you may need to wait even when personal reviews remain. This allowance is separate from member AI credits.
What does the full Trainingload.ai app add?
The free tool reviews one isolated workout. The full app keeps your activities together so you can analyse training load, fitness trends, recovery, plans, and repeated AI reviews over time.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is training-data interpretation, not medical diagnosis or individualized medical advice.
