Notifications and Review Automation

Manage Trainingload.ai notifications and choose which activity, daily, weekly, monthly, and plan reviews AI may run automatically.

Notifications and Review Automation

Notifications report completed background work and review availability. Review automation controls which eligible AI review jobs may run without being manually requested each time.

Before you enable automation

  • Set the correct time zone for daily, weekly, and monthly boundaries.
  • Import activities consistently and keep the active plan current.
  • Link completed activities when plan execution should be reviewed.
  • Check account entitlement and AI usage availability.

Notification types

Notifications can include general system messages and training-review digests. Import dialogs may also tell you that a notification will arrive when a background batch completes, so you do not need to keep the dialog open.

From Notifications you can:

  • Open the related review or destination.
  • Mark one notification as read.
  • Mark all notifications as read.

Marking a notification read does not delete the underlying activity, plan, or coach session.

Configure review automation

Open Account → AI Review Automation on web or the equivalent account panel on mobile.

The available switches can include:

  • Activity review.
  • Daily review.
  • Weekly review.
  • Monthly review.
  • Plan review.

Automation availability depends on account entitlement and AI usage limits. Enabling a switch authorizes that review category; it does not guarantee useful output when required activity or plan data is missing.

Prepare useful review context

Before relying on automation:

  1. Confirm time zone, because daily and weekly boundaries depend on it.
  2. Import completed activities consistently.
  3. Keep the active plan current.
  4. Link completed activities to planned workouts.
  5. Add session RPE or current-state context when relevant.

Manually trigger a review

Where the product exposes manual review controls, you can request daily, weekly, or monthly review work without changing the automation schedule. Review jobs run asynchronously; wait for completion rather than submitting repeated triggers.

Verify success

  • Saved switches remain enabled after reopening settings.
  • A completed review produces a notification or coach entry.
  • Opening the notification navigates to the expected review.
  • The review references the correct time window, plan, or activity.

Troubleshooting

If a review does not appear, check entitlement, usage, time zone, data availability, and whether the background job is still running. For structured action failures, open Troubleshooting.

Repeatedly triggering the same review does not improve missing context and may consume usage. Fix the underlying data or wait for the existing job first.
