Introduction
Trainingload.ai brings your plan, completed workouts, training load, and AI coach review together so you can train smarter and keep improving.
Introduction
What is Trainingload.ai?
Trainingload.ai is an AI coaching system built around the training plan. It brings your plan, completed workouts, training load, and AI coach review together so you can train smarter, recover better, and keep improving.
You can connect data from other platforms, or import GPX / TCX / FIT files directly. Trainingload.ai uses that activity feedback to explain plan execution, load changes, recovery signals, and possible workout adjustments.
Who is Trainingload.ai for?
- Runners / cyclists / swimmers: want their plan, activities, and load signals in one consistent framework.
- Plan-driven athletes: want to know whether today's training matches the plan, and whether tomorrow should change.
- Data-driven trainees: care about heart rate, power, pace, and load, but want those metrics to support progress instead of becoming noise.
- Long-term builders: prioritize sustainability, recovery, and load rhythm over short-term volume spikes.
Core Features Overview
Trainingload.ai provides an end-to-end coaching flow:
1. Training Plan as the Core Object
Create, activate, review, and adjust structured training plans instead of treating plans as a side note next to activity charts.
2. Real Activity Feedback
Import or sync workouts, then connect real training back to the planned session so execution quality becomes visible.
3. Scientific Load & Recovery (PMC)
Quantify your training using the classic PMC (Performance Management Chart) model:
- Fitness (CTL): long-term accumulated training adaptation.
- Fatigue (ATL): short-term stress from recent training.
- Form (TSB): readiness derived from the balance between the two. Use this as evidence for progress: build when ready, recover when needed, and adjust before training stalls.
4. AI Workout Review
Ask the AI coach to review daily or weekly plan execution. It can compare planned workouts, actual activities, and readiness signals before recommending next steps.
5. Confirmable Workout Adjustments
AI can draft a before/after workout adjustment, but the saved plan changes only after you review and apply it.
6. Metric Explanations & References
Clear explanations for common training metrics so you can understand and apply them.
7. Best Performance Tracking
Track best performances (e.g., best results by distance) to observe capability ceilings and long-term improvement.
8. Calendar & Planning Views
Manage planned workouts and real activities together in calendar and daily views.
