Choose Your Path
Pick the shortest Trainingload.ai tutorial for your current goal, whether you are starting on web, recording on mobile, importing data, or building a plan.
Choose Your Path
You do not need to configure every metric before Trainingload.ai becomes useful. Choose the outcome you want first, finish that path, and return for deeper setup later.
I want to understand my recent training
Choose this path if you already have completed workouts on another platform or as FIT, TCX, or GPX files.
- Complete Getting Started.
- Connect a provider or upload activity files.
- Open Activity Detail and confirm that time, distance, sport, and available sensor data look correct.
- Use the Dashboard and training analysis workflow to interpret the trend.
You are done when: at least one activity has finished processing and its charts match the source data you expected.
I want to follow a training plan
Choose this path if the next workout matters more than historical analysis.
- Check your profile, thresholds, and zones.
- Create a training plan manually or with AI.
- Review the workouts, then activate the plan with the intended start date.
- Use Calendar or the Plan page to find today's session.
- After training, link the completed activity to the planned workout.
You are done when: the plan is active, today's workout is visible, and the first completed activity is linked or ready to link.
I train mainly on mobile
Use mobile for today's work, recording, quick review, and plan execution. Use web when you want more room for detailed charts or editing a multi-week plan.
- Read Web and Mobile to understand what stays synchronized.
- Complete the permission checklist in Mobile Recording.
- Record or import a workout.
- Open Today, Calendar, Plan, Coach, or Me to continue the same account workflow.
The next planned workout, current state, and recent training context in one place.
You are done when: a mobile recording can be saved and the activity appears in your account after synchronization.
I want AI to help build or adjust training
AI Coach works best after your profile, recent activities, and plan are available.
- Add the thresholds you trust; leave unknown values unset rather than guessing.
- Import enough recent training to show your normal workload.
- Open AI Coach and state the goal, time horizon, constraints, and available days.
- Review every plan draft or workout adjustment before applying it.
You are done when: the recommendation cites your actual plan or activities and the proposed change is visible before it is saved.
I create strength workouts
- Create or open a manual plan.
- Choose Strength Training in the workout editor.
- Follow Strength Workouts to add exercises, work sets, load, effort, and rest.
- Save and verify the preview before using or exporting the session.
If you are unsure
Start with Getting Started. It follows the smallest complete loop: profile → completed activity → training load → plan → review.
